White-line spacers are terribly gauche. An American invention I believe, European stockers succumbed to the fashion in the 1970s. The best thing about losing your white line spacer is losing it. The butt pad should be replaced without it and the looks of your rifle will be greatly improved.

Find an old video box in white of course and away you go.Cut it roughly to shape then file and finish with 1200 wet n dry.Its a bit on the thick side but sand with glass paper on flat surface to reduce to suit hth and look forward to end result atvb Simon.

No there are 2 of you with the same odd view

I have decided that as I must replace the buttpad spacer that I will also replace the pistol grip spacer.

I have decided to change the colour from white to my favourite colour of... orange.

Don't laugh chaps it's going to look great

I purchased this .20 calibre of Leostar a week or so ago

Frontend Loader is, today refinishing the stock in a "copy" of the old lacquer - thanks Pat

And Mr. Harvey (the one who doesn't like white spacers...) is going to reblue the action next week - looking forward to seeing the result Rich

I have been polishing the internals today so in 10 days time or so I hope she will be back together and looking super sexy and hopefully shooting like a KT-tuned 77

    Happy Days
