    I used my 3-9x40 as a telescope the other week, and the optics really are clear and bright, as good as my £200 binos.
    I didn't know anything about scopes when I bought mine, so I went for a familiar name, and I'm glad I did.

    I have used a couple of BSA scopes in the past Cats eye on .222 and Sweet17 3-12x40 on .17HMR and never rated either much But sounds like they have maybe got better

    i bought a 4-12x44 ao mildot about a month ago for about £50 new, cant find a thing wrong with it, ive spent £150 on scopes before and there is no difference between the two.
