    crosman value ?

    hi all

    i'm not selling this but just wondered on value as i cannot find another for sale
    the rifle in question ......
    crosman 766 mkll 1977-81
    perfect condition and still doing 730fps as per the manual from 10 pumps
    picture show it scoped and silencer fitted( been ratting) but i have the open sights

    No probs bud. As you say, you don't see many of these for sale so there may be some demand. No idea what it's worth though. I borrowed one for a while from a mate years ago. The brass barrel had been worn smooth from someone using it with BBs. It was powerful and accurate, even without the rifling, but it was tiring to pump and the trigger was quite stiff. It was fairly quiet already as I recall so with that silencer it must be virtually silent, isn't it?

    yep very quiet ... all you can hear is a slight twang from the cocking spring wich is why i use it for ratting
    i think most people have owned one or a mate has but like you say not many forsale
