i`m looking for a bit of information on a Sheridan pistol

its a pump up similar in design to the crosman 1377

it is made of brass and then coated with something
the pump handle is wood but the pistol grip is plastic
    and lastly it`s .20 cal

    any information would be appreciated

    Sheridan

    Hi Jon
I own a similar pistol that I bought from a collector 3 months ago
The 2 things that i really like about the pistol are its accuracy(at 20 yards) and the trigger pull which is excellent. Perhaps not up to match standards (by far) but for a low cost pistol, it takes some beating.
The design is very simple but works very well. I know that these pistols were not too expensive to buy, but I intend to keep mine and really enjoy shooting it.
I get the feeling it will last a very long time
I am tempted to try bench resting it to check out its potential at long range (watch out Lou)
