    webley junior pistol

    help on date please

    numbers on it are j27647 on side by trigger.

    at the front ther is 647.

    Webley Junior

    This sounds like the tin-plate Junior, made from 1929 to 1938. The highest number was 34,000, starting from 1, so your gun is probably from 1936.

    it has got pressed tin grips on with ridges other than webley & scott made in england thats all that is on it.
