New scoreboard and entrant list in place below the old one at the site ( www.shireshop.co.uk ) direct to page is http://www.ekmpowershop5.com/ekmps/s...WEBPAGE&page=4
Names in black are confirmations, names in green are previous entrants who may or may not confirm before the second round (they have until then due to the 5 out of 6 rule)
Any names not confirmed after 2nd round will be removed from the scoreboard to make housekeeping neater and tidier.

    Best of luck to all.
If the website does well again in the next 6 months then I will add 2nd and 3rd place "token" prizes again.

    cheers

    My scores for June

When the rain stopped, the bugs came out in force: wonder if my pellets killed any in flight?

    34, 34, 27, 35 = 130.

p.s. nice to see familiar names and a new ones on board.
    Graeme,
I only own 3 Co2 pistols (well will do when the next one arrives)
They are a CP99 and can be cocked manually by pulling the slide back.
Must admit, its accuracy is better like that
And my Crosman 375 can also be cocked manually.
My Gammo R77 (when it arives I should think is similar).
    Can we enter using these?

    Hi Tony
I am afraid I do not know the pistols in question. The aim of the competition was to use guns that require some degree of effort to cock so that over the course of 20 shots some muscle will have been used and hence the heart rate raised albeit slightly, (unless your arteries are as clogged as mine!) I would guess (but could be wrong) that in cocking your co2's that you need very little effort whereas the spring and pnuematics do have an amount of resistance involved.
For that reason I would have to turn down your entry. Sorry.
    regards
    Graeme

    Ah do folks,

I'll have a go with my Beeman P-17 if it holds together long enough.

Sorry if this is a really basic question but at what height should i be setting the target?

    Cheers

Hi there, as per ISSF rules, The centre of the target should be 1.4m +/-0.05m above the level of the floor of the firing point.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers
