Both scopes are fairly similar price-wise. Any thoughts appreciated!
    Cheers.
MTC Mamba has much finer reticle. The legend is thick and the mildots are large so if 'fine' is your ideal then the MTC will be the option.
I have had and looked through both.

Thanks, Si - I had a feeling that the MTC had a finer reticle. Thanks for your help.

Does that matter? What sort of target are you aiming at? Paper punching or hunting I wouldn't have thought it would have made much difference?

It matters to some and I can understand why.
For target shooters aiming at small bull at a range of 50m+ the mildots can obscure the target and make it difficult to ensure you are exactly centred. I found this at 60m shooting small bulls on targets. In the field in a hunting situation considering the kill zone it wont be a problem.
For me, the Bushnell Legend does exactly what I want.

I recently bought an EV2 Mk II & have fitted a Legend to it. I too am a fan of Bushnell scopes & this one is excellent. Very good quality for a not too silly price.

That is an amazing price. I have paid £130 for mine 'mint used' on the bbs. Just shows how the scope market in the UK is getting more competitive.

Well if its a grey import it differs not from my other one that I purchased from Uttings many years ago. Same box, same paperwork etc.

    Hi
I just bought one from KEENS GUNS it was marked up for £359 and they knocked of £30, i thought i done ok untill i looked on here . got on the blower and told them and they were having none of it telling me the ones on here must be grey imports or Chinese copies and the warranties would be void. I was gutted, well p....d off One good thing is i love the scope, i have an MTC Mamba and Viper and i personally prefer the Legend over the them, its excellent.

I got mine from my local shop a few weeks ago, which was sourced from the u.k importers/distributors, and I paid £170, however, they may have gone up around 20% now, due to the weak pound.
