    Hawk mk2 spring

Or a meteor spring. Ive found that the hawk springs Ive had from chambers are tight in the piston. Similar when I took an old Hawk mk2 piston up to Manchester airguns. The meteor one seemed a better fit.

Not really (other than don't loose any of the bits ), as has very manageable pre-load. I always lay an old net curtain over an action when releasing a spring however, just in case there are any "flyers" waiting to catch you unawares . Atb: G.
