This is a very early model that does not take telescopic sights

The original open sights are fitted and these are in good condition

The rifle has had the stock nicely refinished with a wax finish. A repair has been well made to the grip area that would take a good eye to see. The repair is hidden by the action
Velocity is about 530 ft/sec and accuracy is superb at 30 yards and beyond
The trigger is the usual 2 stage unit that puts others from that time to shame.

The rifle is smooth to cock and nice to shoot
