    Benjamin 312

    Hi all,

I'm looking for any sales literature, or magazine adverts for the Benjamin 312, 22cal pumper. Particularly published information on muzzle velocity, muzzle energy.

A scan or photocopy would be great

    Cheers

Just to add to my request; a friend of mine recently shipped one of these to me from the US and it's now detained by customs even although it was marked as being under 12ft.lbs (it has a weak striker spring fitted). I need documentary evidence of it's original ME so anything you can find will help this little piece of airgun history from being crushed.

    Cheers

    Benjamin 31X rifles = 13 ft/lb

    A Benjamin Franklin 312 should produce 13 ft/lbs.
This is 635 fps with 8-10 pumps shooting 14.5 grain pellets.

Many thanks for the info, Ross. Can you give me the source reference for that? Is it manufacturers literature, or an advert, or an article? And does it mention the maximum number of pumps permitted?

    Cheers
