    Oh! you of little faith!

you can make it...I have done some calculations for ya!

    Hailsham-Ford...Quite a long way...maybe even longer.

    100yd ramp needed.

TERMINAL (I like that word) velocity when leaving ramp should be 57.5mph.

I know that doesn't sound a lot!..........here's the trick...place the ramp at the top of a very tall building...must be 15 stories plus!

You can't fail!...Trust me, i have an mbumfup in trajectories...

See ya there, i will clear a landing spot for ya!..can't do enough for a sick hobbit!

Spongey my dear boy, I can only conclude that you have never been to Hailsham for there is no way, no way a building at least 15 stories high.

The tallest point in Hailsham is the church in the town centre but that won't cut the mustard.

Anyway, I might as well sail my way to Ford. The amount it's been raining has got pairs of animals lining up for a lift.

i have done a re-calculation and if you erect scaffolding to 15 feet and increase your speed by 10% you can still make it!

Should be a good one if we dont get flooded out, as it's forecast for heavy rain. Cant wait to set out another course, with Richard on hand to keep me suitably restrained....

Fordies: we will be setting up the course Saturday morning if any of you can help & I will probably be down on Friday lunchtime to get the targets out if anyone is free.
