Still hope to see plenty there this Sunday, we have car park attendants & tea & coffee at modest prices!
Springfield ARC will be holding an annual memorial shoot on Sunday August 30th in memory of Les Sproat who passed away 2 months ago. The shoot will be called "The Les Sproat Memorial Charity Shoot" and will be held at Springfield every year with all monies going to Marie Curie Cancer fund.
The shoot will be shot in FT style but to Springfield rules, so don't be surprised to find a mini at 55 yards or a pellet size target hole at 8 yards!! Please come along and help raise funds for a deserving charity that helped Les in his last days.
Booking in from 9am, briefing at 10.45 am, start at 11am. The winner (highest score) will have his/her name engraved on the memorial shield and there will be some very nice glass trophies for winners within their grades.
Juniors are very welcome with accompanying parent/guardian.
Although predominantly an FT shoot, the targets can be shot any style you like and it would be good to see some of our HFT friends attending.
Entry £6 which includes Golden Bunny!

Sorry I can't be there but I'll certainly contribute to the fund. I knew Les when we were on the original SEFTA committee together.
David.
