Or starting at the wrong time....ie; when you are not awake!...i think the country should synchronise their watches by your morning 'rise' (yeah! ok) .
Therefore when you get up the whole country starts their watches at a predetermined time...say 0800 hrs, kinda makes sense, then if you have a sleepy old head on, just get up later and it will still be 8 o clock!
How cool is that!
