I spoke to Nick at Falcon yesterday. They're hoping to have them by end-July now, dependant on whether they're happy with them.

So we'll be waiting another month or so...

    Cheers

Checking in from across the pond....any updates on the Falcon T50?

Looking to get into FT and this might be just the scope for me. There are persistent rumors of a Hawke FT scope - are these one and the same or share common parts?

    Cheers,

    Casey

As far as I know, the Falcon won't be the same as Hawke - 2 different companies, but I might be wrong...

Nothing yet I'm afraid... They are in production, but we're waiting for them to arrive...

Heard today that they are VERY close to final production units. Should be (with some luck) not more than 3-4 weeks away from production... Let's hold thumbs.

I must give it to Nick at Falcon - he will NOT take it to market if it's not PERFECT. He does not want to produce it if there might be any niggles. So, I am 100% confident that once it comes to market, is will be a damn proper scope.

Cant compare any how as the Falcon T50B FT is not in production. I do have an advanced production build though.

Generally, 6-20 is not considered (these days) enough mag to range find with to the required accuracy.

My money would be heading towards the new Falcon T50 which should be in the shops in about 2 week?

Well Winky if you honestly thought such a scope would be adequate without asking, you dont do FT or know what it is. Self explanatory.
