    I don't really know very much about Dave Theobald, only that his name is half of Theoben who made some truly good airguns. But i do know about losing a friend and losing a father. My father for me was also my very best friend.

    My thoughts are with Dave Theobald, his friends and family.

    Sad news indeed. Sincere condolences to his family, and you as his friend and colleague.

    My first brand new rifle was a Scirrocco Grand Prix, partly chosen because of the obvious enthusiasm and engineering skill shown by you and Dave through the articles by Terry Doe in AGW. I have you and Dave to thank for my current enthusiasm for the sport.
