    original mod 50

    just got a lovley mod 50 from here,bluing exellent ,stock good,shoots lovley & very accurate,just about to re-spring it & service it ,will take photos of strip & rebuild for reference to instructions found on here,will email to anyone who needs them as can't post pics on here yet...dunno why?

    hi catlover, could you send that to me, as ill be taking one down shortly, as a few on here said they are awkward to re assemble.

    I swore alot when I took mine apart! It shoots beautifully now though

    Catlover,

    Please can you let me have a copy of the Phil Bulmer strip article.

    I am also on the look out for an adjustable rear sight for mine as the one i aquired has a scope fitted.

    I still have an old (1967) mod50 in bits (it needs a new trigger blade but i haven't gotten round to having a go at making one yet )

    They're really nice old guns though

    Many thanks to Catlover for a copy of the strip article. In that it mentions an article from Airgun World March 2004 covering the history of the 50, anybody got a copy?

    nice one ,will check me emails now,got some good advice from very helpfull staff in pickering airguns yesterday about stripping mod 50 ,good shop would recomend to all.
