Only bit of rust on the rifle on one of the barrel bands

Heres a close up of one of the few markings (typical of most Nepalese Sniders). An S mark with an arrow showing the Snider patent mark.

Its in pretty good condidition no pitting on the outside of the barrel. The rifling looks quite deep but I'll hold judgement until I get a bore light. Some of the wood is very dry and there is a bit of woodworm damage on the butt and a couple of very minor small splits but quite superficial and repairable. The lock works well as does the trigger. It half cocks and full cocks. The block opens nicely is well made and the firing pin is intact. All in all very happy with it.
