Hi everyone,

Just an intro to say hi to everyone and looking forward to being on the site. I'm currently looking to buy a new air rifle (probably the HW 95K) as it is (too)many years since I last owned an old Diana as a boy. Also luckily got early retirement recently so plenty of time on my hands to indulge and bring my self up to date with the modern airgun scene!

Hi Phil,

I've just joined myself and also in Nottingham (well, north Notts.) also looking for a rifle and slowly getting to terms with the acronyms and abreviatiosn used

If you find anywhere to shoot (a.k.a. plink ;o) in the area I'd be really apprecaitive - have a few venues but not on my doorstep - so any shared local info. very welcome.

Hi Philby,

I'm also new to the modern air gun scene, having owned a
Diana model 34 for over 23 years.

I was over your way this week at Drapers Airguns in Nottingham
and can thoroughly recommend the store for the selection of air
rifles and the knowledgeable and helpfull staff.

I am now the happy owner of a Daystate Huntsman Classic.

As I said I've been out of the scene for some time now but can see that it will not be not be a problem with all the helpful and knowledgeable people on this forum.
