£165'ish....
I also have a Webley Omega carbine in .177. This is very good condition but I wouldn,t decribe it as mint. I would say stock and metalwork 80%. It shoots superbly but alas the original open sights are missing. Any idea,s on the value please?

Hi Steve. Just sold a vgc .177 Webley Omega carbine only this morning in actual fact (the last of four Omegas I had, as have become a Webley Longbow groupiee ), with its open sights for £225 collected, and as I sold a set of original Omega open sights on here, only last week, for £25, and as you intimate your Omega isn't quite in vgc, I would best value your .177 Omega carbine, unseen, at around £150 plus post. Hope this (sort of) helps . Atb: G.

Hi and thank you both for valuations
Big cats are out there !!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Agree with the others at £150-£180ish.
I had the same gun which was a excellent rabbit hunter and i loved it!
The problem i had with it was that the action split the forend stock either side of the two forend screws into two bits.
Proberly my fault in not checking the screws were not tight.
But hey i was young then!
cheers

Yep, as you may recall, September last year I started a 12 month Pepsi challenge between the Omega and the Longbow, to finally find my favourite Webley break-barrel rifle, and the Longbow won hands down in .177, and just nicked the lead in .22, too.
So after years of extolling the virtues of the Webley Omega (still think them a mighty fine rifle mind ), I have finally succumb, and become a Brum-built Longbow man instead.
Being a bigger rifle with a longer action tube, the Longbow suits my stature better (am 6ft 5" and 18 stone), and it has less recoil to boot (especially when Sandwell field Sports tuned, as both mine are ). Atb: G.
