What does everybody think to .20 (UK Limit) for long range shooting as I am thinking of getting a LG110 HP Hunting in this calibre?

Hi, I've got 2 rifles in .20, a MK 1 Rapid and a Huntsman Classic, both are fed a diet on H&N FTT weighing 11.4 gr, which i find are the ideal weight for .20 in sub 12ftlb.
However, not all barrels like them.

There are heavier pellets, the Daystate and JSB at around 13.7 gr. but to me that's defeating the object, you might as well stick with .22.

There is a light pellet in .22, Falcon Accuracy at 13.4 gr which i use or my .22's.

At 12 ft lbs placement not pellet weight is critical, it matters little if you use a heavy pellet or a light one if it is in the wrong place. At 12 ft lbs that in my book is the head only.

I had several years with both 177 and 22, much as I wanted to use the more macho .22 I found 177 far better as it is flatter shooting and easier to hit the spot perfectly. I cant see 20 at this energy level being any better than 177 at all. At 20 ft lbs then certainly it will be the go to caliber though but not 12 ft lbs.
