B3-1 is a fairly conventional underlever, I think.

You're thinking of the XS-B3 sidelever.

But yes, possibly discontinued or no longer imported (for example, Airshooter.co.uk used to have these and a few other non-SMK chinese guns in 2007, but don't now).
