Never really liked the Goldie, the magazine let it down, they never worked properly and you would end up dry firing them, I had one in .177 (suprise suprise).

the bsa mag is one of best out there my 177 mags have had years of pellets and abuse and never missed a beat just keep grit out of it

I even sent one of the mags back to BSA for a service and it still used to skip a few positions when it was returned, also had the same thing happen with my Scorpian T mags, the best mags I've ever used are the Daystate ones.

love my goldstar had it few years now
swaped and change many many air rifle some top pcps but never wanted to sell the goldstar a 10 shot multi shot springer thats always reading no pumping or charging
i just wish they made a carbine one it would of been perfect
did think about having mine cut down but would have to be done at the breach end so as to not lose the choke so big job
