    phials

    Following on from my last question as to how much pyrodex to start off with I'm now in another predicament.

    I didn't get to use my revolver tonight so should I pour the measured out powder back into its original tub or is it ok to place the phials as they are in my black powder box?

    I always leave my powder in the phials and store in my black powder storage box. I cut mine down slightly and store them in a plastic 44 mag ammo box, ready for use when ever wanted. Tim

    It will actually be safer left in the phials... and you aint got to measure it out again
