Hi all
we are starting a new open league for 2012 with round 1 being on 20/5/12.
entry from 09:00 start 10:00
it will be a 10 round competition with your best 7 scores going towards your total. courses will be set to the usual UKAHFT format.
2 0f our league dates coincide with our SIHFT dates therefore your SIHFT score will also be your league score.
Entry fees will be £2 members and £5 non members. usual SIHFT fees apply on those dates.
I will be looking to end the competition sometime around christmas this year but im unable to confirm the last few dates as yet as i will need to fit them in around the southern hunter series etc.
The competition is open to ALL safe shooters with awards being presented after the finale to .1st,2nd and 3rd place in open class and 1st in recoiling.

10/6/12
24/6/12 SIHFT
15/7/12
19/8/12 SIHFT
23/9/12
I will be at the club setting up on saturday 19/5/12 so if any buxted members are free to help it would be appreciated thanks.

Can I suggest we do something about installing some Tea/Coffee making equipment, I have a spare camping stove but it will mean buying gas for it now and then it uses the ones that look like aerosol cans. If anyone wants to do up the rolling shed I can help some week days,I don't know what the original plan for it was.

Tried the tea/coffee thingy John, using the very thing you describe last seen in the shed just before it got mashed up by some horizontal trees in the last storm. Never really took off ..... just sort of got blown away ....... like tumbleweed.
There's some decorating stuff in the HFT caravan, but the roof needs fixed first and the windows sealed, otherwise it's a waste of time. Beaucoup rain gets in ....
