Most repairs only involve new seals and are not expensive.

Spare parts are not thought to be too expensive and most are common to the K11, K14 and K15 as there is very little difference between any of them.

It's about time we had another SAMfest in Rossendale - let me know if you decide to buy it - we could do with another member of the SAMclub!

Are these the 'free pistols' longer than rifles and the ones that if you put 'em in a holster you'd have lump of alloy bar sticking up your hooter?

£600 for a K11 is not cheap - but there are very few of them about - and like the FWB 103 the demand for them seems to be on the "up" and so the price's tend to follow the rules of supply and demand!

It does put the price of the "new" K14 into perspective at 1K though. The K14 is the current model that looks like the K11 with the twin balance bars ( the same pistol with a single central balance bar is called a K15).

The K11 will be "getting on a bit" now, but with it's solid Swiss build qaulity and some care it could well last longer than any of us!

Next time you are "passing" I can show you a K14 and a K15 if it will help you see the (small) differences to compare with the K11.

That is a nice looking K11 - and in the best colour too ( in my opinion).

I suppose with 20%vat and some sort of a warranty that is not such a bad price.
