Keen newbie from Rugby

Hi all, been reading this forum for a couple of weeks lately and decided to get a little more involved.

At 40+ I've always wanted a gun since I was a kid but never really could justify it. Visiting family recently we ended up plinking with my uncle. The Mrs loved it and suddenly I've got the green light!! Just trying to sort out somewhere to shoot on some family owned land and then I'll put some cash together and make a purchase.

I'm only into target shooting and plinking. I'm looking at getting a springer as a first riffle and after shooting my uncles AA I'm looking at a 2nd hand TX200 or a Weirauch HW77 or 97.

I'll keep my head down for now and keep reading all the great advice and reviews on here.
