    Air wolf

It sounds like a Webley Airwolf which was a rifle made by Diana for Webley between 1985 -1989. Therefore 'West Germany' before the wall came down. It should be a break barrel spring rifle with safety catch on the rear of the cylinder. Well made and not too many were manufactured. I have a boxed unsed one. If you post a photo I can confirm.Hope this help.

Thanks for the reply,I don't need to put a picture up,as you are spot on,the safety on the rear did it !
    Many thanks Terry

I found this post , very helpful .

My friend has a very rusty one and asked if I could service this rifle .

Where can I find a piston seal , main spring and breech seal for this ?

Piston seal is a green one , 25mm , with the large hole in the centre.

Spring has not distorted itself in any way so could possibly continue service .

Chambers does not list this rifle in either Webley or Diana parts ...

Any help would be gratefully accepted .

    Pistol seal

John Knibbs states Diana model 24 (on which the air wolf is based) also has the same size pistol seal as the Air Arms TX200 and they are compatible. They don't have Diana model 24 Seals in stock but do have AA TX200 ones. Hope this helps. Regards Tim

IIRC if you look very closely onto the action on the l/h side, just above the stock above the trigger, you may see the month and year of manufacture.
