One thing I can guarantee for Sunday is more than enough nettles for all.

A tad concerned by the weather forecast - hardly any wind at all. If that comes true, I'll be expecting half the field to clear the course and an hour to hand out just the Gold badges

    We'll see

You would shoot better blindfolded Simpson, why don't you bring your cardboard box, then you could stay the night if you are too depressed to drive home!
Either that or....there is a nice deep lake.....

    Hiya SIHFTers

Knackered for the 2nd day in a row, but a course is now set and ready for your arrival.

The nature of the course means there will be a few extra local 'rules' to comply with and I hope they're not too complicated for you. All will be explained during the pre-shoot briefing which you MUST attend (just before 10:00) if you wish to enter the comp.

Lots of nettles remain (though cleared in immediate area around the pegs). Wear open toe sandals and shorts at your own peril - you will be stung

Oh ... and as you drive down the lane toward the lakes/club, please beware the many pot holes. Some are pretty deep and sharp-edged, some just deep. Should you enter one of these with anything smaller than a Fiat 500 and we'll probably never find you

Now off for a soak in the bath

    I concur,
Thanks uncle Biggles & Co. for a brilliant start.
I really didn't want it to end as quickly as it did.
Commiserations to aunty Spongeria & the girls, but predictably things turned out as expected.
I think Swallows have finally made it into the 'Good Burger Guide' - top marks.
