    .22 bp rimfire shooting

Just browsing the net and I noticed shooters in America are still using this old cartridge....supplies of rimfire cases are drying up and bullet makers will not supply unless stupid quantities are bought.
How would you make a round up?

As you prolly figured out for yourself, the common or garden variety of .22 bullet is not quite so simple as it looks at first glance. It is, in fact, a heeled bullet, that fits into the case by a cunning reduction of the bullet diameter, and therefter conforms to the internal diameter of the barrel. I have not the slightest idea where you might easily buy such a bullet, let alone where you might obtain pre-primed .22 rimfire cases.

A supplier such as Mr Allwood might be able to help out with the bullets, but the matter of the cases may well be an insurmountable one.
