    Did I bag a bargain?

I`ve just picked up a Diana Model 52 (sidelever) in .22 with a beech chequered stock.

    £60.

Action is smooth as silk and it seems to have a bit of clout. Woodwork has a few scratches and the metal work isn`t perfect.

Did I pay over the odds?

I was also offered a Sharp Innova (purely for novelty value) which I nearly took but the guy wanted £80 and that was with scope.

I think you paid WELL over the odds for it.

I mean, who'd want a powerful, accurate, solidly made German springer like that!

However, just so you don't feel too ripped off, and not wanting to leave you with a bitter taste.....what about I give you a tenner profit on the gun, so you don't lose out?

Seriously, well done and get that Innova bought!

    haha class.

I was just thinking. I`ve had tons of different guns but never a sidelever.

I`ll be back round tomorrow for the Sharp.

You guys are a bad influence

You bought the better gun by far at a bargain price...Innova's aren't even built as good as the rearsight of the 52....
I like durable and overengineered... like the 48\52, HW80...built to last forever.

    Pictures added

Picked up an HW35 tonight for £60 as well. Has a Rhino scope.

The Diana 52 needs reblued and there`s a few marks on the stock. The HW35 is clean. Really clean.

Both guns won`t have seen 200 shots. I`m going back tomorrow to buy again. Another Diana 52 but with a custom stock in fantastic condition with stippling and chequering. By the way my mate bought the Sharp Innova for £60. It`s like new.

The scope and lamp is mine.

A clean and this will be like new.
