Hi Gents, Some years ago i bought a Live pigeon gun, it was built by John Bland of the Strand London, A good london gun. its a percussion 9 bore with pistol grip stock & fine damascus barrel & excellent quality stock Though it has a few dings the stock it is generally in fine orignal condition & has not been restored, in fact to do so would probably ruin it. Bore is bright & clean & shows little wear. Its got a nock breeck & ignition is very fast indeed, normal load is 1 1/2 oz of 6's driven by 4 drams of powder & recoil with a load like this is gentle. Its a fine shooter.
Now i really dont want to sell it but may have to in the near future. Any ideas on what the old Girl might be worth?
