So, as ever the first port of call is Danny's excellent Vintage Airgun Gallery, and of course there's some info on these (VAG link) including the instructions for use in the "Boxed and tagged" supplementary link.

Fascinating, although if you operate the barrel 3 times Rob you may have difficulty shooting it.
Thanks for that... Stupid mistake, I meant to start a new thread there. Sorry folks.

    No problem Pete

We tend to get a few folks dropping in later in the day for Kev's homemade burgers or the pork and stuffing cobs --- nom, nom, nom.

    All the best Mick

PS :- Go on Pete, admit you're tempted.

All tables are now booked, well done gents for supporting the Fayre . Tomorrow I'll be e-mailling the sellers a short guide for the day with a few hints and tips.

Last time around there were some issues with congestion resulting from the large tables in the centre of the room. The Club's finest minds (Phil and his Dad ) have devised a plan which keeps all the seller's tables around the edge of the room which should make it much easier for buyers to circulate without doing the "collector's shuffle" which is well known to those who frequent the Fairs at the Birmingham Motorcycle Museum.

A "Seller's Guide" has been e-mailled to all those who provided an e-mail address, or posted to those not on the internet last Friday.
You should have an e-mail with my username in the title and the attached pdf has been virus scanned etc so it's not spam!

Only a few days to wait now,

I am after a .22 barrel for a Webley Service, push button type.

    Also a Beeman C1

If anyone has either to sell I will be there with cash, no postage to worry about and also a good day out, you may even find something you want yourself.

I will be wearing a name badge so look out for Karl.

Good job you reminded me there Ian, I have 60 odd badges to print before Saturday.

And I need to run off a few maps showing folks the way from my place to Melbourne, though in reality there's only five roads to get there.

    59, I've got one.

Not long to go now. I must remember to visit the cashpoint, I'd hate to miss a bargain.

When Margaret went and achieved her target weight she was awarded a small piece of coloured cloth by the organiser. Apparently it's not on to ask if the slimmer is going to collect enough to make a dress.

If any sellers haven't received a copy of the Sellers Guide then let me know and I'll send via an alternate method this evening. ATB
