So when they were at trapshot, this tuned found its way into the HW55T as it uses the same cylinder platform as the 50. They never produced a full custom job and gave it an name so hence not on the list. A friend of mine owns one with a full reblue, tune, barrel chop and executive silencer when they were venomac. Thanks for that Paul

I bet your friends tuned venomac version is extremely rare considering how thin on the ground even standard Mk1 50’s are.

It`s just a pity that the factory HW99s has had such a problem with the galling issue. I have had several 99`s and all had the same problem which I have had to rectify. One in particular was a right pig to sort, eventually making use of a grinder on the cocking arm.

    Venom Rifle Names

Just a bump. Saw my first Webley Venom Super Viper the other day. Seems only around 3 were made. A rather nice PCP I must say. Mach 1.5

    Great thread

Very knowledgeable lads on here I love that as its gregarious for learning new stuff. So thanks for sharing.

Love to own one of these one day but the price tag doesn't warrant performance in my opinion.

Lovely guns though real collection pieces.
