Nicely done Buxted, good course, really enjoyable.
So many range traps, more optical illusions than a hall of mirrors.
Well done to all the winners.

    What Bob said and more.

2 lanes in (starting on peg 3 - targets 5, 6, 7 & 8), I hadn't knocked one over Things could only get better and, indeed after another 2 targets, one had the decency to fall down. Hurrah.

5 points dropped and only another 44 targets to go. At that rate I would have considered selling my WHFTA ticket.

But NO - Biggles will never give up.

To complete the last 30 targets dropping just a couple of points and come off with a 90 made me feel a whole lot better.

    Thanks Simmmo and crew.

    See ya'll at Weston Park.

    PS

would love to know which of the 40-45 yarders were the 30mm's

    Are you able to share?

Lane number and target description please, as I'll otherwise have no idea which one you're talking about.

That was a brilliant day and well worth the long journey, and the Dartford Tunnel queue on the way home, to shoot it!

Thanks to Andy and Howard for the course - remind me to pull strings when there are 2 targets on the same tree!!!!!!!

Thanks to Gary for his company, wine gums and comments - sure they helped me!!!

Very pleased with my win and congrats to all the other class winners.

Looking forward to seeing most of you at the Worlds next week.

    Loon Class.

I have indeed entered the asylum, 0.22" is , errr, fun

...is it 40, or 45...no problem I will put my 45 in the bottom, oops the 40 is out the top, no problem I will put the 40 in the top, oops the 45 is out of the bottom.

0.177" is proper girly, you just put both 40 and 45 in there

    Thanks Buxted, cracking course.

Sebastian, it was a pleasure, see you at the next one

Only annoyance for me was the rifle missed two shots, unforgivable in HFT...need to stop those random ones.

    Using numbers at pegs.

    Only 2 peg 5 looks like a cormorant peg 25 a bull.

    Ah ha.

I guessed the bull correctly, but not the cormorant - probably while still trying to come to terms with my crap start.

However, I also guessed at least one other, which I now know was NOT a 30mm.

    Cheers Monkey
