    Cool 1930’s Haenel English Brochure

I’m not really sure if I was lucky or not with this one. I’ve seen this brochure one other time on the bay and missed it. Surprised to see it again and in much better condition. Threw out a crazy high bid at the last seconds and ended winning it by 44 cents! Lol. Not sure it’s at all worth what I paid but didn’t want to try to wait for the third one. I have a pretty extensive collection of Haenel pistols now and so cool to see them in a contemporary brochure. The entire brochure from the one I lost is in the Gallary but here are a few pages.

The last page of the brochure is stamped with the retailer Hudson Sporting Goods 52 Warren St NY, NY. Building is still there on Google Earth. Wonder if there are any Haenel Brochures in the basement?

Not cheap I won it by just happening to bid 44 cents more then next guy, it was way too much money for paper.

What is nice about that catalog is that it also lists a separate ammunition specifically for the Haenel Model 50.

That boxed long barrel Model 28 has been on my Want List ever since I read about it in John's book ESAP. A couple more of the Haenel models not in the catalogue which I believe were made specifically for the American market. I guess you can say they are just Super.

Also confirms the 28R is meant to shoot pellets not round balls
