You wouldn't recognize it Alan. Now you wipe your feet as you go in not when you come out. Lens old chair has gone to the tip - we will have to gaffa tape him in to the new ones when he falls a sleep. We filled two skips of rubbish collected over the year and I dont mean Gladys.

And you need to remind John to bring enough to pay for full membership renewal (£80) as he wasn't a member in 2020.
Nowhere to go ........in no hurry to get there; www.rivington-riflemen.uk----- well I suppose it is somewhere to go.... founded by I.J. - let down by the tainted blood scandal

Leave the poor lad alone. Hes still suffering from being conned out of a quid at the last Airgun Fair when I bet him I couldn't poke my head through a roll of tape.
£80 ? Worth every penny for the entertainment alone. Where else can you see someone eating pink poly packaging thinking it was marshmallow?

It will be good to catch up. There is dozens of club members who I haven't seen for over 12 months - yes lucky them!
The indoor range had been totally renovated, re decorated and new furniture with new sink unit. About the only thing that remains is the pot bellied stove and Gladys, only because he couldn't climb into the skip.
We emptied 2 skip fulls of rubbish - God knows where we kept it all.

The best £80 you will ever spend.

IF, and thats a big if, Boris keeps to his map and removes Social Distancing on the 21st June, as planned, then Rivington Riflemen INDOOR range will be open to non members by prior arrangement from Thursday 1st July.

Therefore we are re-opening as normal on Sunday 1st August our Indoor range at our Horwich, Bolton (2 miles fromt the M61) on

    Sunday 1st August -

by appointment only at the moment. This is to help protect some of of our morel elderly and vulnerable members like Gladys who is 125 years of age at the last census.

As of the 1st August '21 (until the 31st December 2021) the membership fees for an adult have been reduced from £80 to £60.

Once you become a member, and you can join anytime, THERE ARE NO FURTHER RANGE FEES. Plus tea and coffee are free, paper targets are free and there will probably be a reduction in January 2022 for re-joining next year. Visitors remain at £5 per visit. Junior members FREE. O.A.Ps fees reduced from £55 to £35.
First-time visitors to the INDOOR range MUST pre book their visit by email through the clubs web site (www.rivington-riflemen.uk) when they will receive a multi-page info pack with map and directions (2 miles from the M 61 motorway) to our INDOOR range.
