loading a new .22 hw45.

i picked up my new hw45 this morning, it's black with brown grips, i also looked at the black star, the grip's were a little bit wide for so went for the std hw45, it look's like a well made pistol, i read the manual and had a real good look at it, then i tried to COCK it, i was amazed at how much force you even need to get to the lower power setting, let alone the full power setting, is there an easy way to do this.

What did you expect when buying a spring piston powered pistol? Have you ever used a spring powered rifle? Same concept.Not sure what to suggest but try resting it on a shooting table whilst cocking or on your thigh if seated.....you'll get the hang of it or buy a cheap pcp or co2 pistol if that doesn't work for you

I find Diana P8 much easier to cock, comes with a cocking aid that slips over end of barrel, just sayin
