NP02 loads of bad barrels - bad batch ?
    HW100 bad barrel batch too
B2 - stupidly oversize transfer port
LGU - over small TP causes excessive piston bouce and premature spring failure
    The perfect trigger
Most magnum diana's throttled for the UK market with that stupid restrictor, so shoot horribly until it's removed and they are setup correctly
most Korean PCPs throttled for 12 FP have no power curve - just a gradual descent - need setting up properly
a few Kral PCPs same as above
    Some brococks also the same
Krals with massive excessively heavy hammers (originally designed for FAC) creating ridiculously poor air usage and noise
Diana Mauser 98 stupidly front heavy, and short LOP stock (why, it could have been so good)
    HW35 porous breech
O-ringed BSA piston heads that are so stupidly tight it just doesn't work properly, especially in meteors as the tubes are not round/smooth (parachute seal transforms them)
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

HW35 porous breech, until they fixed it.
Droopy barrels, for which Dianas get singled out, but far from the only culprit.
Any break barrel using a cross-pin rather than an adjustable bolt.
The FWB Sport trigger/safety mechanism. And the lock-up.
BSF triggers, which seem designed to wear to a point of not being safe. Though can be adjusted successfully.
The plastic used on the Milbro Cougar.
Almost every aspect of the IGI/Gun Toys/Panther RO71 and 72.
Scope rails on Webley Falcons, Mk3s.

HW100, power dropped to 7ftlbs in my first week of ownership, returned for service and started leaking two weeks later

BSA R10 Mk1, power output all over the place. Replaced with a brand new gun with ‘upgraded internals’ according to my local gun shop. Been absolutely spot on since, never had a problem with the replacement

One fault that is not popular when mentioned is the cocking link cracking on the HW77/97 especially as there is no ABT and the one that bothers me as I like them and would have bought one, is the linkage and cocking lever on the PS.

Prosport lever is the most uncomfortable i have ever used. If you have fat fingers then its fime. But boney fingers that dam lever hurts

Had a NP-02 before. Neither leaked!

Had a BSA Ultra XL which was very poor from new and went back.
BSA R10th which leaked from new
FX Dreamline Compact from new - trigger sear not engaging and safety not working - From NEW!

So lately for me the cheap Turkish stuff has been more reliable!
Yer mate I did give it a very good clean soon as it was out of the box got loads im mean tons of crud out ----

Yes sounded like mine was one of them when it first went back I asked what was the problem they said they changed the barrel as some riffling was missing near the end ----it has put me well off them I thought it was a good idea at the time to treat myself to a new gun for a change as I cant remember the last new gun I got myself --it was going to be a keeper ended up far from that

I wonder if HW actually admit to the porous breach / brazing on the HW35 at that time or take the usual 'we never make any mistakes and everything we make is perfect' line ..!
