    That's interesting, Shed tuner.

I have to do some research on SSG. Spring Stop Guide / Stopping Spring Guide.

Then there is HDD. (Hammer Debounce Device)
Stephen Archer (Archer Airguns, an Englishman who has a shop in the USA, if I am not mistaken) found that the HDD for QB78 does not improve shot count in his 160.

Then there is FFH. Free flight hammer.

I think I will leave my 160 for the moment. But I will think about doing something like this for my QB78.

Mission completed. The box arrived from the USA. It's "well used", and full of character and psychedelic stripes

    Very nice Louis,

I'm pleased that arrived safely. The box looks just like the one with my 1st Series 160.

    Kind regards,

    John

Prefer boxed or cased but will consider loose examples too.

    Thank you John!
This was the smoothest postage process from the US so far.
I went for the cheapest option, and also shared costs with a friend who bought the B.

    I bought this 400:

And he bought this B. It needs work, but it was a relatively good deal.

    Louis,

You are turning me green with envy over the boxed 400!

    Well done.

    Kind regards,

    John

Stunning guns Louis and you get them performing as good as they look.

    Cheers.
@ratbuster, I like to tinker, it keeps me busy.
However, I can't continue to buy guns, and I worry about what will happen when I've got my collection working well and sighted in.
Shooting in the weekends, and then reading in the evenings?

They certainly go to a good home and even get their own box to live in.
