TX200 Mk2 in 0.177, a bit heavy but if you can't hit it you can't hunt it and I hit more with my TX than any other springer. Scope wise, I'd like something similar to my Bushnell Elite 3200 4-12 x 40 which has decent glass and a very good contrast chunky reticule, but would prefer side parallax and have the scope mounted as low as possible. I'd like a laser too - I find it difficult to judge range when looking up into trees at a high angle.

I`ve yet to try a gas ram air rifle. They do seem tempting, I just know that my tx200 is capable accuracy wise as long as I do my part

Close to my main hunting rifle of a good few years.

HW80 Mark I, Venom tuned, Venom Slimtech silencer, Tasco 4x40 WA scope on Sportsmatch one-piece mount, Hobby for short range duties, Superpoint and, later, Superdome when they became available, for "general" use. Still owned now and a keeper.

My Bowkett tuned and Fac’d 0.22 BSA Hornet running at 23ftlbs, with 6-24 old school Nikko Stirling scope and UK-Neil custom made air stripper/silencer

Deadly accurate out to 60yrds and still has 14ftlbs left at that range, let’s see you scamper away from that you naughty little tree rat

This is going back a few years ! My main rifle for everything was an HW35E in .177 , with a Kassnar 4x32 scope on it using H&N pointed pellets.
