    Webley Junior J7 sears

I have been having a tinker today after a plink, trying to improve the trigger on one of the guns. The trigger works fine when it has this shape of sear https://www.airgunspares.com/j7weble...istolsear.html , that seems to have an extended holding face and more of an angled cut back top the main body of the sear than the one I have, which isnt as good.
Im guessing it was probably different batch numbers or manufacturers rather than Webley changing the design? Mine was fitted in a tin grip but there is very little wear on it so not the original.

Has anybody come across different shaped sears or know a story?
