Bsa breakdown in 177 quick question

Is the vintage 177 BSA Breakdown Rifle worth more in 177 over 22 ? Thanks

I think the pre-WW2 BSA Breakdown Pattern was only ever officially made in .177 caliber.

If you had an original .22 rifled barrel, you would have something as rare as hens teeth.

Possibly BSA made some prototypes for factory testing etc?
