Indeed, the HW45 can be used....I have one in .177" that has had a tuning kit fitted and it has a milder firing cycle compared to one 'out-of-the-box'.
Used on the low power setting, it fires with a quick nudge and is easy to group well with.

Indeed, I have a Model 5, however it is in .22" calibre.

It is easy to cock, with a good trigger and maintains good accuracy at close to medium pistol shooting distances.
