Looks similar to a Venom Varminter stock also Warren Edwards does also make a similar type stock.
Also what type and what is written on the but pad will help identify it?
Mach 1.5 should be able to shed a bit more light.
    Cheers

Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in

Yes, looks like a Varminter, checkering and everything looks right. It either is a Venom one or a clone.
    Best Regards

    Stock

Does look like a Venomac stock or a Webley Venom from the pics. The templates were made by Jim Maccari from Ivans patterns and then hand finished by the team. Venom had stopped using CS by the time they moved to Venonmac.Very nice. Mach 1.5

Doesn't have the sheen / patina, I'd expect to see on a genuine Venom stock, despite the looks / profile.
I'd say its one of Warren's.

    Lovely stock all the same.
