Diopter sight eye cup

The eye cup is missing from the sight on my original 75.
I may not end up using one, but I'd like to have one to find out.
I assumed they would be easy to find, but no!
I assume they are reasonably universal?
I can find plenty for scopes.
Anyone know where I can get one?

I was sort of hung up on getting one that looks a bit more original but I guess that doesn't matter.

Air arms sight has a concertina type, but can only find the complete sight, not the eye cup.

I have several diopter sight eye cups that I have collected over the years (since 1971) from my various FWB, Original, Anshutz and Walther air rifles.

Identifying them all may not be so easy. The Walther ones are fairly distinctively shaped and the FWB one's often have the FWB Badge moulded into them

If you don't get "sorted" with the exact type you want, please contact me by email and I will sift through them all. If you have a picture you can email to me I can probably match it.

Most are either "as new" or unused as I always removed them from our new match rifles when we bought them as they were not always wanted on club rifles.

I've been playing with the sight a bit and the adjusters seem stiff. Winding them up and down a couple of times leaves my fingers hurting. Seems a bit extreme.
Tempted to take the cover off but unsure what will happen. The adjusters have decent balls etc, not sure how much it will fall apart once the 5 screws are taken out!



I suppose it doesn't matter much, it won't be adjusted often. No wind to contend with and distance won't change often. Might be best left alone!

I had an FWB 300 diopter that was seized on the turrets... I liberally doused the whole unit in WD40 and then popped it in a plastic bag sealed...
Repeated the process each day whilst turning the knobs as much as they would shift, after some patience and about a week of this process they are now smoother than a dolphins bellend.
That rubber eyecup is the same as the one I have.

The picture is of the actual item on the earlier Diana diopter, yours is more angular but the eyepiece is the same size
