    Possible BSA light pattern rifle

Have come across an old rifle in need of some TLC.

    It's got the serial number L13267, and as it's a .177 I'm guessing it's a light pattern rifle.

Everything appears to be there but have to slightly push the trigger forward to cock. However, clearly some issues inside as pellets stay in the barrel 🤣.

sounds like the piston head / seal has become detached. The trigger is most likely a broken/missing spring.
Also check the barrel is not clogged up with pellets.

My favourite of the BSA underlevers.
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

I have one and they are lovely to shot and very accurate. Certainly worth sorting out.

    Plenty of info here

Like others have said, worth doing up. The trigger mech probably needs a strip down and relube, or has a broken spring.
