Hw99 stock to fit hw30 ?

No, I don't think it does buddy, the action of the 30 is a fair bit shorter I think...

Wonder if a 99 stock could be altered to fit ?...

With the required skill, tools and time, I guess just about anything could be made to fit anything else. I guess the hole for the stick fixing bolt won't line up and would require altering. Also guessing that the OD of the cylinder might be slightly narrower on the 30 and would necessitate packing / attention?

Tom Davies on here has made some beautiful custom stocks to fit the 30. I wonder how much a more basic, "Sporter" style stock may cost from him? And, if people have customised their 30s, there might be one or two spare standard stocks out there.
