Looks like it is for a Weihrauch Rekord trigger unit.

Unusual design with the 'humps' on the upper edge to give the stage points instead of the steel dowels on the factory trigger and many of the after-market versiions.

Same one I had from tr robb for my Hw80 yes, I found I had to adjust the unit a lot to dial out 2nd stage creep but worked well…

Yes,it's a TR Robb trigger they come with the shims as pictured.
