Website certainly does allow attachments when contacting support via their website and I've had excellent responses from them - even regarding very old out of date (historical even)m products. Give it a go.

I could give them another try. They have not replied to my letter so I don't hold out much hope. Kranks reimbursed me for the two defective moulds. Two I have are poor but I have to use them and I can't find anyone else that does the size I want. An old style Lee .395" ball mould would suit my needs at the present time.
