One of my club rifles, possibly the only one in the uk. Made in this calibre for just 2 years 1946/47. Bolt action, utility stock, barrel possibly from a cut down WW2 Savage machine gun... mag of pressed steel holding 4 rounds. Has been fitted at some time in its life with a side mounted scope. Cost $35 when produced.. no serial number! Mannlicher style bolt handle.
How does it shoot? Considerably better than the lever actions in this calibre.
